Terms of the info2fuel Deal Updates text messaging program: what we send, how to opt in, message frequency, rates, STOP and HELP, and privacy.

SMS / text messaging terms (info2fuel Deal Updates)
Program. info2fuel Deal Updates is the text messaging program of Cristopher Stanford d/b/a info2fuel, 2616 Ektom Drive Box D, Austin, TX 78745, sent from +1 (737) 200-0409. It consists of one-to-one, conversational text messages from Cristopher Stanford to fuel buyers, sellers and brokers about an enquiry or transaction they asked info2fuel to help with: follow-ups on your enquiry, requests for or confirmation of deal documents (for example an SCO, ICPO or procedure), and scheduling calls. We do not send marketing or promotional texts, and we do not send texts on behalf of anyone else.
How you opt in. You receive texts only after you agree to them, either by ticking the optional SMS box on our contact form and entering your mobile number, or by giving Cristopher your mobile number and expressly agreeing (in writing, by email, or verbally during a call) to receive text messages about your enquiry. We record the date, time and method of your consent. Our first text confirms your opt-in and repeats how to opt out. Consent to texts is not a condition of any purchase or service.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies with your enquiry, typically between 1 and 10 messages per month while it is active.
Cost. Msg & data rates may apply. info2fuel does not charge for text messages; your mobile carrier's standard message and data rates apply.
Opt out (STOP). You can cancel at any time: reply STOP (or CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, STOPALL, REVOKE or OPTOUT) to any message. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further texts after that. To resubscribe, reply START.
Help (HELP). Reply HELP (or INFO) to any message for help, email info2fuel@realengage.app, or call +1 (737) 200-0409.
Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your mobile carrier and device.
Privacy. We do not share, sell, rent or provide your mobile phone number or your SMS opt-in or consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy, including the SMS section.
Eligibility. The program is for business users aged 18 or older. By opting in you confirm that you are the account holder for the mobile number provided or have the account holder's permission.
