Sanctions screening
Parties, vessels and product origin are screened against U.S., UN, EU and UK sanctions lists.
How it works
From requirement to closed transaction
- Share your requirement or offer
Buyers send an ICPO or a clear requirement; sellers send an SCO with procedure. Use the portal or the contact form.
- We vet the counterparty
We check the company, the people and the paperwork, and we drop anything that asks for upfront money or can't be verified.
- Sign NCNDA / IMFPA
Confidentiality, non-circumvention and the commission structure are agreed in writing before any introduction.
- Match and introduce
We connect buyer and seller directly, or through as short a chain as possible, and relay documents both ways.
- Contract, verification, delivery
SPA, proof of product, proof of funds, independent inspection (e.g. SGS) and transfer or shipment, all handled between the principals' banks.
- Commission on completion
Commissions are paid only after a successful transaction, as set out in the signed IMFPA. No deal, no fee.

EN 228 and U.S. grades, including 87/89/91 AKI.
Fuel oil & VLSFO
ISO 8217 marine fuels: VLSFO 0.5% S, HSFO, D6. Non-Russian origin only.
Crude oil
Named grades with assay and verifiable origin.
