What we collect
Information you give us: name, company, email, phone/WhatsApp number, your role (buyer, seller, broker), product requirements or offers, and the content of your messages and documents. Information collected automatically: basic server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, date/time) kept for security and troubleshooting. This website does not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
How we use it
To respond to your enquiry; to match buyers and sellers; to vet counterparties (including sanctions and fraud screening); to prepare and manage agreements such as NCNDA/IMFPA; to keep records of our business communications; and to comply with legal obligations.
When we share it
We share your details with a prospective counterparty or intermediary only as needed for a transaction you are pursuing, and normally only after confidentiality agreements are signed. We use service providers to run our business (for example web hosting and email, such as Google Gmail). We may disclose information where required by law or to protect against fraud. We do not sell personal information.
How long we keep it
For as long as needed for the purposes above, including record-keeping for completed or proposed transactions, and then delete or anonymize it.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures (encrypted connections, access controls, backups). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing info2fuel@gmail.com. Depending on where you live (for example in the EU/UK or certain U.S. states) you may have additional rights under local law.
International transfers
We are based in the United States and our service providers may process data in other countries.
Children
This website is intended for business users and not for anyone under 18.
