Clear procedure
Verification happens before payment, with independent inspection (SGS, Intertek, Bureau Veritas or similar) at a named terminal.
No upfront fees
Offers that require the buyer to pay storage, licensing or “dip” fees before verification are not forwarded.
Clean origin
Origin, vessel and parties must pass sanctions screening; price-cap and export-control rules apply where relevant.
