For Buyers
Buying EN590, ULSD, Jet A-1, gasoline, fuel oil or crude? info2fuel sources offers from vetted sellers, protects you with NCNDA/IMFPA and never charges upfront fees.
What you get
Offers you can check, not forwarded PDFs
- Offers matched to your product, quantity, Incoterm and destination
- Seller vetting before anything reaches you: company records, people, documents, procedure
- Short chains: we aim for direct seller contact or one mandate in between
- Your company name and documents are shared only under a signed NCNDA
- No fees from you to us unless the IMFPA you sign says otherwise, and never upfront
What we need from you
- Product and specification (e.g. EN590 10 ppm)
- Quantity: trial lift and/or monthly contract
- Delivery terms: FOB, CIF, DPU, TTV/TTO, plus port
- Target price or price basis (e.g. Platts-linked)
- Payment instrument (MT103, DLC, SBLC)
- An ICPO or LOI on company letterhead once an offer fits
Typical buyer procedure
- Requirement
You send your requirement; we confirm the details and the deal structure.
- Matching offer (SCO)
We present a vetted seller's soft corporate offer with procedure and inspection terms.
- ICPO + NCNDA/IMFPA
You issue an ICPO; all intermediaries sign the NCNDA/IMFPA before introductions.
- Contract and verification
Seller issues the commercial invoice/SPA; proof of product and independent inspection follow the agreed procedure.
- Payment and delivery
Payment moves bank to bank only after verification, per the contract.
Red flags we filter out for you: requests for “tank storage”, “license”, “registration” or “dip test” fees before verification; offers for “JP54” (not a real specification); prices far below market; sellers who won't do a call or name a verifiable company.
