Delete your info2fuel account
How to delete your info2fuel trading portal / app account and associated data, in the app, on the web, or by email. What is deleted and what may be kept.
Three ways to delete
- In the info2fuel app
Settings → Account → Delete account. Enter your password and confirm. Deletion is immediate.
- On the web
Go to trade.realengage.app/account/delete, enter your email and password, type DELETE. Deletion is immediate.
- By email
Can't sign in? Email info2fuel@realengage.app from the address on the account. We confirm and delete within 30 days.
App users without an account: Settings → Delete this device's data removes your price alerts, notifications and push registration.
What is deleted
- Account login, profile and terms-acceptance records stored with the account
- Requests and offers you posted, and documents you uploaded
- Messages with info2fuel and expressions of interest
- App sign-ins, push tokens, price alerts and notifications
What may be kept, and for how long
Signed agreements, deal files for transactions you took part in, Scam Check records carrying a success-fee acknowledgement, and business correspondence, where we need them for legal, tax or fee-protection reasons. They are kept only as long as those reasons last (typically up to 7 years for tax and contract records) and then deleted. Server security logs are kept for up to 90 days. Details: Privacy Policy.
